Jack Bikus
Brand & Marketing Intern, Deer Park, IL
Jack is a Senior at the University of Dayton in Dayton, OH, majoring in Marketing and minoring in Finance. He eagerly anticipates connecting with Plexus associates and fellow interns, and he is looking forward to absorbing valuable hands-on experiences. Throughout the interview process, Jack was impressed by the strong culture and commitment to our internship program at Plexus. Confident in our alignment with his career goals, Jack sees Plexus as the perfect opportunity for the beginning of his professional journey. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, hitting the gym, engaging in sports activities, and spending quality time outdoors with friends.
Allison Clark
Employee Benefits Intern, Dallas, TX
Allison is a Senior at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX, majoring in Finance. She is excited about the opportunity to build new connections and gain practical hands-on experiences. Allison's interest in Plexus was sparked by a recommendation from a friend who had a positive internship experience here last summer. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with loved ones, whether dining out, watching movies, attending sporting events, lounging by the pool, or engaging in various other activities. Her deep affection for animals is evident, as she has a history of rescuing and caring for strays, many of which have turned into pets!
Ryan Doell
Sales Intern, Deer Park, IL
Ryan is a Senior at Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI, double majoring in Accounting and Marketing. He is eager to advance his professional development and views this as an excellent opportunity to enhance his sales skills and establish meaningful connections within the industry. Ryan values the status of Plexus as a smaller-scale insurance broker, recognizing the tight-knit community it fosters. He was particularly impressed by our dedication to client care. In his free time, Ryan values spending time with family and friends and staying active through basketball, rugby, and golf. He is a member of Marquette's Men's Rugby Club.
Nick Floyd
Sales Intern, Memphis, TN
Nick is a Senior at Rhodes College in Memphis, TN, majoring in Business with a concentration in Accounting and Finance. He is excited about the opportunity to forge new professional relationships and expand his understanding of the company and the insurance industry. Nick views Plexus as a great work environment and is eager to be a part of it. In his free time, he enjoys staying active through workouts, socializing with friends, and watching sports. Nick is the only one in his friend group who doesn't play a Division 1 sport or get professionally drafted.
John McCarty
Property & Casualty Intern, Deer Park, IL
John is a Senior at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, IL, majoring in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics. He is excited to intern with Plexus due to our reputation of building lasting client relationships. John sees this as the perfect opportunity to further hone his professional skills within the insurance industry. In his free time, he enjoys swimming, cooking, and watching sports, particularly football, where he impressively knows every NFL kicker by name. John has a dog named Frosty, whose name perfectly suits her lively personality and white fur.
Cooper Pennington
Sales Intern, Memphis, TN
Cooper is a Senior at Rhodes College in Memphis, TN, majoring in Business with a concentration in Finance. He is enthusiastic about the opportunity to forge new connections and relationships with fellow interns and colleagues at Plexus. He looks forward to learning, growing alongside them, and applying valuable knowledge to real-world scenarios. Cooper is intrigued by the complexities of the insurance industry as a whole. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, playing poker, hunting/fishing, socializing with friends, and indulging in video games. Additionally, Cooper is in the early stages of learning how to play the guitar.
