We are excited to introduce this year's intern cohort group! Throughout the next nine weeks, our interns will have the opportunity to receive an introduction to the insurance industry, gain hands-on, real-world experience in a professional environment, learn from experienced associates and senior leadership, and much more. Andrew Amoroso
Sales Intern
Andrew is a Junior at Indiana University in Bloomington, IN, majoring in Finance with a Business Analytics co-major. He is looking forward to growing professionally, having the ability to network with industry professionals, and gaining real-world experience. After the interview process, Andrew is confident he will fit in well with our culture. In his free time, he enjoys spending quality time with friends and family. He also enjoys boating, and luckily, boating season has just begun!
Conrad Bloom
Plexus Financial Services Intern
Conrad is a Senior at Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ, majoring in Finance. He looks forward to gaining professional work experience and building connections during his time with us. Conrad is eager to understand the functions of a business. He also can't wait to get to know his new teammates! Throughout his positive interview process, Conrad felt The Plexus Groupe was the best work environment for him. He enjoys staying active in any way he can. Playing golf and going to the gym are his two favorite ways to do so. Conrad has also recently formed an interest in fishing.
Joshua Cloyd
Property & Casualty Intern
Joshua is a Senior at the University of Dayton in Dayton, OH, majoring in Finance. During his time with us this summer, he looks forward to expanding his knowledge in the insurance industry, specifically Property & Casualty, and how we mitigate risks before they occur. In addition, he is eager to gain hands-on experience and be introduced to what it's like working in the insurance industry. Throughout the interview process, The Plexus Groupe stood out to Joshua. He did not want to pass up our company's culture! He enjoys spending quality time with friends and family in his free time. If he is not doing that, you will likely find him outside doing some physical activity!
Peyton Dodson
Employee Benefits Intern
Peyton is a Senior at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX, majoring in Finance. She looks forward to seeing first-hand internal business operations and client relations and being able to follow experienced professionals within the team to understand the business flow. Peyton is also excited about the relationships she will make with the team and other interns. Peyton found us on LinkedIn and was impressed by our company's values, culture, and emphasis on personal growth. She enjoys taking her dogs, including her new Golden Retriever puppy, Harley, to the park to play fetch. In addition, Peyton loves to read, swim, soak up the sun, and travel. She hopes to go to Greece, Italy, and France one day.
Matthew Garcia
Brand & Marketing Intern
Matthew is a Senior at the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL, majoring in Marketing and minoring in Business Analytics. He is looking forward to building fundamental skills, gaining hands-on experience, and having the opportunity to gain valuable industry knowledge throughout his career exploration. Matthew chose to intern with us due to our valued customer-centric approach. He wants to learn more about innovative customer solutions and work for a company that values adaptability and specialization within the industry. He found us to be the perfect match for just that! In his free time, he enjoys staying active by going to the gym to do weightlifting and golfing with friends on weekends.
Anastasia Giannakouros
Human Resources Intern
Anastasia is a Senior at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, IL, majoring in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and minoring in Communication. Throughout the summer, she is looking forward to gaining introductory experience, meeting new people, collaborating with professionals, and growing both individually and professionally. During her interview and research process, Anastasia took note of our strong culture and values. In addition, she was intrigued by our emphasis on collaboration and a positive work environment, an opportunity she did not want to pass up! Anastasia enjoys cooking and trying new recipes and restaurants in her free time. She also likes to spend time with friends and plan group activities such as hiking, traveling, and cooking together.
Cooper Jones
Plexus Technology Services Intern
Cooper is a Senior at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, OK, majoring in Management Information Systems and minoring in Management. Throughout the summer, he is looking forward to gaining professional experience and improving the skills that he has learned while studying. During his interview and research process, Cooper was impressed by our reputation for treating associates well and allowing work-life balance, ultimately leading him to want to join us. In his free time, he enjoys activities such as lake trips or hiking. In addition, he loves spending quality time with friends and family, whether that be hanging out by the pool or playing video games!
Jack Streeter
Employee Benefits Intern
Jack is a Senior at the University of Iowa in Iowa City, IA, majoring in Business Management and minoring in Communications. Jack is eager to gain first-hand experience in the business world and learn from his teammates. He has a strong interest in Human Resources which will apply extensively to his Employee Benefits position! In his free time, Jack enjoys playing basketball and spending quality time with friends and family.
Hannah Weiss

Hannah is a Senior at the University of Oklahoma in Norman, OK, majoring in Business Management and minoring in Healthcare Business. She is excited to be a part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional services to clients and positively impacting employees' lives. Throughout the interview process, Hannah was delighted to feel the energy of her soon-to-be teammates! Knowing they saw her value, she could feel their excitement to watch her grow. In her free time, she enjoys going on walks, swimming, exploring new music, spending time with friends and family, and trying new foods!
