Stone is an industry veteran with over 25 years of experience in building national teams and developing solutions for employee benefits plans. He is dual licensed in healthcare and property & casualty insurance. Stone has worked with several Fortune 1000 companies and specializes in complex self-funded plans, carve-out options for PBM and bundled surgery programs. He also understands all aspects of benefits technology, point solutions, digital healthcare engagement, and navigation having led sales teams across the country for start-up organizations.
Stone’s areas of expertise include human capital consulting, risk management, 401(k) advisory, benefits administration, outsourcing, talent management, communications, and private exchanges for active employees and retirees. He also has extensive knowledge of PBM audits, Medicare, HR compliance, employee engagement, claims, online enrollment, data warehousing and mining auditing software tools, compensation, and rewards/wellness programs.
Stone joins Brian Morgan’s production team to facilitate new business opportunities and promote positive ongoing client relationships. He is based in Dallas where he lives with his family.
