The Plexus Groupe acquires Benefitdecisions, Inc.
DEER PARK, Ill., February 22, 2016 — The Plexus Groupe LLC, a privately held national insurance brokerage and risk management consulting firm with its own international network, announced Monday it has acquired Benefitdecisions, Inc., a leading Chicago-based employee benefit consulting and human resource services firm.
Founded in 2001 by Chief Executive Officer Mark Matuscak, Benefitdecisions offers global solutions in benefits administration and enrollment, corporate wellness, employee benefits brokerage/consulting and human resource consulting. Benefitdecisions will be re-branded and operate as Plexus.
