In addition to receiving the prestigious Illinois award, Jordan and [41 other state winners](http://insurancenewsnet.com/press-releases/2016-outstanding-csr-year-award-state-winners-selected)are among the candidates to receive 2016 National Outstanding CSR of the Year honors from The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research. The national award is billed as the "highest honor for insurance customer service representatives who have distinguished themselves through contributions to their industry and profession." In her role at Plexus, Jordan assists Plexus property & casualty clients with management, cyber and professional lines of coverage, with marketing and quote comparisons among her responsibilities. She joined Plexus in 2006 and was honored with the firm's 10-year service award in February. “Cindy personifies our client-focused, true team approach at Plexus," said Michael R. Mann, Executive Vice President and Property & Casualty Practice Leader at The Plexus Groupe. "We are thrilled she has received this recognition, and we are very appreciative of her work for our clients.” As a candidate for the Illinois award, Jordan wrote a personal essay, and numerous letters of recommendation were submitted by Plexus carrier partners on her behalf. She holds Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) and Management Liability Insurance Specialist (MLIS) designations.
