-- According to Yahoo Sports, New York Giants star wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. is considering buying a $100 million loss-of-value insurance policy as he enters the final year of his contract. Such a policy would cost about $600,000, per Yahoo.

-- The U.S. Tax Court has ruled in favor of the IRS in a case involving a microcaptive formed to insure several Arizona-based businesses.

-- Travelers is using an algorithm designed to find claimants at risk for chronic pain with the goal of steering them toward treatment options that do not involve opioids.
