-- An alleged case of [life insurance fraud](http://www.cincinnati.com/story/news/local/mason/2017/08/10/feds-mason-family-bought-home-bentley-2-9-m-faked-insurance-policies/555312001/) purportedly involved a scheme in which a person taking a physical examination to secure the policy wasn't the person actually being insured.
