Winge has joined the Education and Communication Committee for the **[Plan Sponsor Council of America](http://www.psca.org/)** (PSCA), a leading non-profit advocacy group for defined contribution plan sponsors with 1,200 member companies. According to the PSCA, the Education and Communication Committee “provides access to **[effective, high quality communication](http://www.psca.org/psca-committees)** and financial education materials/ideas that are on the cutting edge.
