Plexus Senior Client Manager Cindy Jordan honored as Illinois Outstanding CSR of the Year

Plexus Groupe Senior Client Manager Cindy Jordan was honored as the 2016 Outstanding CSR (Customer Service Representative) of the Year by the Independent Insurance Agents of Illinois on Tuesday night in Peoria.
Jordan received the prestigious client service award at the annual IIA Convention and Trade Show, which runs through Thursday.

To be considered for the award, Jordan wrote a personal essay on why she had chosen a career in insurance.  Furthermore, numerous Plexus carrier partners wrote letters of recommendation on her behalf.

In her role with Plexus, Jordan assists Plexus property & casualty clients with management, cyber and professional lines of coverage. She holds Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) and Management Liability Insurance Specialist (MLIS) designations.
