With this in mind, here a half-dozen insurance-related stories we're bookmarking, reading and sharing: -- California's [health insurance exchange](http://www.npr.org/sections/health-shots/2016/03/18/470851581/california-insurance-marketplace-aims-to-kick-out-poor-performing-hospitals) wants to exclude poor-performing hospitals from its network. -- Only 10 percent of Californians have [earthquake insurance](http://www.pasadenastarnews.com/business/20160317/californians-this-is-what-you-need-to-know-about-earthquake-insurance). -- Who wants to read about some of the [odder claims](http://www.newshub.co.nz/business/kiwis-strange-insurance-claims-revealed-2016031413#axzz42s1lMvGi) received by a New Zealand insurer? (We do.)
