Employers must have Form 1095-C postmarked and out the door to employees by Thursday, March 2. The employer versions of Forms 1094-C and 1095-C are due Friday, March 31, 2017 if filing electronically and Tuesday, February 28, 2017 if filing via paper. Note that firms with at least 250 full-time employees must file electronically. Companies with at least 50 full-time employees must file IRS [Forms 1094-1095](https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/i109495c.pdf) to show compliance with the Affordable Care Act. Form 1095-C includes informations whether an employee was offered health coverage in any or all 12 months of calendar year 2016, as well as whether the employee took the coverage.
